Ultra-TrackPan® Systems are practical, economical "spill pads" for spill containment at industrial rail sidings, locomotive fueling and maintenance facilities. Lightweight but rugged, all-polyethylene
TrackPans withstand harsh chemicals and temperatures from –40° to 140°F. All surfaces are designed to resist slips, even when wet or oily. Requires no heavy equipment for installation. Modular TrackPans (
Center Pans and
Side Pans are 53-1/2"L) connect together with bulkhead fittings, allowing spills to flow from one Pan to the next. Polyethylene gaskets are included to seal between the Pans and the rails. Side pans are secured in place with
Rebar and Protective Caps. Optional
TrackPan Covers keep rainwater out, helping facilities comply with the new Stormwater Management Regulations. Covers may be removed before or after railcar(s) arrive. Other options include:
Sorbent Mats to efficiently manage small drips and leaks,
CoverCart rolls along the tracks for easy removal and storage of Covers.
Build-Your-Own Components! Patented, modular design allows containment areas to be configured in any length desired.
