Allows One-Person Raising and Lowering

In seconds, a single worker can set the System up and raise or lower him/herself to the required working level. Should an emergency rescue be needed, a topside worker can easily use the System to retrieve the incapacitated person.
Specifications: System includes a head assembly with roller pulley, high-capacity kernmantle rope (break strength 5600 lbs.; suitable for use in anti-spark areas), friction-lock rope control handle that can be stopped at any position, 3'L shock-absorbing manyard with one end sewn directly to the handle and a locking snap at the other end for attaching directly to the operator’s harness and two sturdy carabiners. At only 15 lbs., the entire System is lightweight and compact—a versatile and rugged positioning device for mobile workers.
Note: Divide rope length by four to determine maximum working length. A separate lifeline must be employed when System is used as a positioning device.
