No. 140036 has standard suspension and a padded foam brow pad.
No. 140037 has a Swingstrap suspension so you can turn your hat around without removing and reinstalling your headband. This suspension style offers a terry cloth headband around the entire suspension. Both hard hats protect equally in the forward or the reverse position.
Dielectric Face Shield Cap-Mount Bracket mounts on the front peak (not the back) to keep debris from getting in your face. Clear Window is .060" thick injection molded propionate. This material is lightweight, optically clear and impact- and scratch-resistant. Measures 8"H x 16-1/2"W.
